Stock turbos run out of room before the engine does. The MW3 fixes that without turning your car into a project.
We started with the LS2 frame because the factory packaging is good — the oil and coolant routing, the actuator, the V-band interfaces all work. What didn't work was the turbine. So we designed our own.
The MW3 exhaust wheel isn't a catalog part with a different part number. Blade count, curve, trailing edge — all developed around the AMG 4.0's twin-scroll exhaust pulse and the hot-V layout it has to live in. It flows where the stock wheel chokes, and it still spools where you'd expect it to. That's the whole point. Big turbos that feel dead below 4000 rpm aren't an upgrade, they're a trade.
Compressor side is billet, balanced, matched to the turbine as a set. Ball-bearing center cartridge. Every pair gets flow-verified and serialized before it goes out the door.
These are complete new units, not your old turbos machined and sent back. Housings are OE dimension — no clearance surprises, no modified appearance under the hood, and no core to send in. You keep your factory set.
Installation is a turbo swap and nothing else. No manifold work, no downpipe adapters, no cutting. Pull the old ones, bolt these in.
