Optimized Runner Geometry
Cylinder runners are shaped, tapered, and profiled to maintain ideal airflow velocity and even cylinder distribution under boost. Each runner has a raised entry velocity stack to smooth incoming air and maintain proper airspeed. This reduces AFR scatter, helps prevent knock, and supports cleaner, more stable combustion at high power levels.
Balanced High-Flow Plenum
The plenum is optimized with CFD specifically for forced-induction pressure conditions, minimizing turbulence and ensuring smooth even airflow into all eight runners. The result is consistent cylinder filling at wide-open throttle.
OEM-Style MAP Sensor Placement
The MAP sensor is positioned to mirror OEM placement, delivering accurate and rapid pressure/temperature readings for stable tuning and predictable boost control.
Integrated 1900 HP Air-to-Water Intercooler
High-capacity intercooler core rated for up to 1900 horsepower. Designed for excellent heat-soak resistance and consistent intake temperatures during long pulls, back-to-back passes, and high-boost operation.
Billet Aluminum Construction
Machined from high-strength aerospace grade billet aluminum for superior strength and long-term reliability in extreme boosted environments.
108mm Throttle Body Ready
The front inlet is machined to fit 108mm throttle bodies, ensuring unrestricted inlet flow for high-horsepower turbo builds.
Optimized Fuel Delivery
Injector bungs are positioned at the ideal angle to promote proper fuel atomization and alignment with the airflow path. This improves cylinder mixing, reduces wall wetting, and enhances AFR consistency under high boost and high RPM.

Integrated Vacuum & Boost Reference Ports
To support auxiliary systems, the manifold includes:
- (4) 1/8-NPT ports for boost reference, sensors, fuel pressure regulators, or auxiliary components.
- (1) 3/8-NPT port dedicated for brake booster vacuum or high-flow vacuum needs.
These ports eliminate the need for drilling, external adapters, or add-on blocks.
